Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is used when we need flat and fairly thin material precisely cut.  A file is created with the outlines of what needs to be cut and then ‘printed’ to the laser cutter – the laser head then cuts through the material following the exact path you have laid out.  This helps tremendously when you have very intricate parts or if you have numerous multiples that you need.  The laser cutter can also be used to etch material (see example below).
